Webshop confirmation and shipping
When an order has reached us, we send you an email with all order / address information as you entered it. Mistakes and errors are entirely at your risk and expense. If you did not receive this copy, the order has not arrived with us. Usually our packages are shipped once a week. Consequently, we need 3-5 business days after the conformation of the order to prepare a shipment. You will receive a track & trace code via email. 

Shipping costs

We ship worldwide and use DHL as a shipping company. Shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany of screen prints only is for free. In the EU the shipping costs of screen prints are € 15 and for European countries outside the EU € 25, for the rest of the world costs are € 35.

Since the dimensions and weight of paper collages, sculptures and other objects vary, shipping costs for these items will be calculated on request. Usually paper collages and screen prints come without a frame, but frames can be delivered on request. Framing will augment shipping costs. Note that any taxes, duties, fees and/or international customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Packaging

We pack screen prints rolled securely in appropriate packaging. Paper collages, sculptures and other objects are securely packed in layers of bubble wrap and a board in a firm cardboard box.

Delivery times
After the confirmation of the order, items will be delivered within 3-5 business days within the Federal Republic of Germany, 5-7 business days within the European Union and 7-14 business days for countries outside the European Union. Please consider that the increasing spread of the coronavirus may cause delays in transit. Priority shipment
If you would like to have the artwork within a specific time please contact Colette Vermeulen for options. A priority surcharge may apply.

Method of payment
Our payment system is through a secure online payment system via PayPal. We also accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and direct bank transfer. Please note that with direct bank transfer, we will prepare shipment once the payment is received.

Payment via direct bank transfer is currently not an automated option on our website, however, please send an e-mail if this is your preferred method of payment and we will provide you all necessary information.

Frames

Usually, paper collages and screen prints come without a frame, but frames can be delivered on request. If you like your work to be framed, please send us an e-mail and we will get in touch with the possibilities.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each work is signed and comes with an official Colette Vermeulen Certificate of Authenticity. 

Returns and cancellations

If you wish to return any non-commissioned items purchased from Colette Vermeulen, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of your order without reason, and 14 days to return the product. You will be credited the full order amount, including the costs of forwarding shipping. Only the costs for the return of your home to the shop is for your own account. You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned to Colette Vermeulen in its original state and without any damage. Delivery charges are not refunded. Colette Vermeulen will refund the cost of the item in full, however, please note that if you paid for the item using PayPal, PayPal may charge you for return of funds and any charge incurred is not covered by Colette Vermeulen. To exercise this right, please contact us with the order number on mail@colettevermeulen.com. Upon receipt of the work Colette Vermeulen will refund you the purchase price including the shipping costs of forwarding shipping within 14 days

Please note that we have made every effort to render product information and colors accurately. However, due to the various displays and color capabilities of computer monitors, the color and/or representation might not be exactly the same as the actual item. We cannot be responsible for the color accuracy of your computer monitor.
